How we make money

This is clearly labeled on every page. Every tool card and recommendation shows whether the link is an affiliate link or not.

How we score tools

Our scoring model uses 5 independent axes, each weighted based on your business profile:

• Functional Match (30%) — How well the tool covers your required and preferred features.
• Budget Fit (20%) — Whether the pricing fits your monthly budget.
• Ease of Use (15%) — How accessible the tool is for your technical level.
• Integrations (15%) — Compatibility with your existing tools and workflows.
• Scalability & Support (10%) — Growth options, compliance, and support quality.
• Expert Rating (10%) — Our independent assessment of the tool.

Affiliate partnerships have zero influence on our scoring. Tools without an affiliate program can and do rank #1 in our recommendations.

What we don't do

• We don't accept payment for higher rankings.
• We don't show display ads.
• We don't sell your data.
• We don't use pop-ups or dark patterns.
• We don't require an account to get recommendations.
